NNAAP is a collaborative patnership including the leadership of One Church One Child programs in Virginia, Oklahoma, and Illinois together with other adoption programs across the country; OCOC Organizations, Child Placing Agencies, Parent Support Organizations, Other Child Welfare Organizations.

The Network was funded October 2003 by the Children's Bureau, part of the Federal Department of Health and Human Services.

NNAAP requested a website redesign to put them at the forefront of child advocacy programs across the country. Also, built into the website is a full-interactive, user-friendly extranet.
