- Responding to recruiting and staffing requirements.
- Research and review resumes daily
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Present qualified candidates for open requirements to staff
- Must be able to hire 2 candidates a month
- Experience placing candidates in multiple states
- Prepare various daily and weekly reports for staff meetings
- Input and maintain applicants/candidates database
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Assist Staff with other assigned recruiting responsibilities
