Client is seeking a SharePoint 2010 Developer with .NET experience
Complete Description:
This resource will complete development of a proof-of-concept to gain buy-in on the system and then fully build and deploy the solution. The resource may provide mentoring assistance on other SharePoint initiatives within the Bureau.
1. Review requirements developed by the Commonwealth & identify gaps or issues that need to be addressed.
2. Develop a proof-of-concept for the CA squared process; this process is owned by client and is leveraged by agencies interested in deploying applications to the Enterprise Data Center. It is a workflow application whereby agencies submit their source code for review / security scanning in order to get approval from the Chief Information Security Office (CISO). The CISO currently uses a LAMP based system that we want to port over to SharePoint. If the POC is successful, the Commonwealth will be asking the vendor to fully build-out the solution, prepare systems documentation and potentially develop end-user training documentation as well.
3. Enhance an existing procurement system that was built in SharePoint 2010 based on end user feedback.
4. Develop a document outlining best practices for SharePoint Development.
