Role Description:
The selected candidate will participate in the NJ Division of Lottery's desktop upgrade project. This will involve working on the following tasks:
Desktop Deployment and Software Installation:
The selected candidate will assist with the deployment of new pcs, laptops, printers and other miscellaneous equipment. This will include meeting with users to confirm their software needs, configuring new pcs and installing any necessary special software, setting the users up in Microsoft Outlook, transferring existing profiles and any documents stored locally, ensuring that users have the necessary functionality. The candidate will also assist with the disposition of the old equipment.
The candidate should have or be able to:
Thorough knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles and basic electronics.
Knowledge of system relationships and telecommunications.
Apply technical skill to a variety of equipment types.
Diagnose and repairs industry systems products.
Perform routine service and repairs on industry system products without assistance.
Anticipate and resolve issues specific to the team.
Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Identify and track issues, risks and action items.

Install and support Windows XP Required 3 Years
Install and support Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Required 3 Years
Configure and support Micorosoft Outlook 2007 Required 3 Years
PC Deployment Experience Required 3 Years
Good Communication & Customer Service Skills Required 3 Years
Experience installing Adobe Creative Suite products Nice to have 2 Years
