Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company’s Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) and other client databases.

7 to 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Job Description:
Assist in developing, disseminating and maintaining agency wide policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the client Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) databases, as well as other legacy and core databases that interface with or have impact upon the EHRS system.
Design, consults and assist with the Implementation of data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves ERP and other database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field and with Commonwealth of Virginia change management and security policies. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; of the System Development Mgr, or the CIO. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
