As part of the Business Intelligence and Warehouse application management team, this position is responsible for managing system support and enhancements for the Oracle Business Intelligence reporting and analysis platform and the Finance, Human Resources and Commercial Real Estate data warehouses. The position works directly with the business, application BSAs, and development team to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects and implement system enhancements.
***NOTE: This position's primary functions will be in managing, coordinating, and communicating with a development team and end users. A technical background is required, however, this is NOT a developer position. Candidates with a development background who are lacking substantial experience in these primary functions will be declined.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the overall delivery of system enhancements and the resolution of system defects
• Works with the business and development team to plan and prioritize system changes
• Gathers requirements, ensures requirements are addressed in the technical design, develops test plan and cases, manages system and user testing
• Manages and participates in troubleshooting efforts to address system issues
• Ensures established process and procedures are adhered to
• Provides status to the business customers and management

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience with business intelligence and warehousing
• At least 5 year experience in gathering and documenting user requirements
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Interactive Reporting
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage
• Understanding of ETL and data movement concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Interactive Reporting
• Experience with the Oracle Finance and Human Resource Business Intelligence Applications
• Experience with Informatica
