Job Description:
This position applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization and standardization projects at all facilities of the client facilities to support implementation of an Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) as well as working with legacy and other new complex systems.
Additional duties may include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements as well as process standardizations throughout the client network.
Providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer. Serves as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide integration of re engineering efforts.
Additional Responsibilities: Design process workflows, collect and analyze statistics/metrics, identify gaps in all associated processes and risks.
Considerable ability in documenting and presenting results of analysis, including the ability to write reports, develop processes and gain consensus among various groups.
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Ability to work in a Health, or Behavioral Health Environment Highly desired 3 Years
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Required 5 Years
Ability to work with large complex processes Required 5 Years
