Our client has a pressing Richmond based need for an Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Title III SME we could bring on immediately for 6-8+ weeks. The person would likely need to travel to other client locations to complete assessments.
This client is conducting an enterprise wide Title 3 (customer facing) assessment. We need a technical SME to conduct compliance assessments. The candidate will need deep technical expertise with auxiliary aids and services, online/web accessibility, equal access to goods, services and ATMs. We are less interested in physical and structural ADA technical expertise. We are not looking for a practicing attorney, and financial services experience is a plus.
