QA Lead for Active Directory Infrastructure and Process Re-engineering projects:
The QA Lead will be responsible for leading testing efforts for multiple projects. Will be responsible for a team of test designers and testers as well as coordinating testing efforts with a number of application teams. The QA Lead will work with business system analysts, architects and engineers in planning and coordinating all testing activities for these projects. The QA lead will prepare project test plans and manage test design and execution, ensuring that the overall testing effort aligns with the program and company guidelines and standards and will be responsible for reporting on testing results and managing defects.
Candidate should have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project development and testing (unit, system, and/or integration)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Active Directory object structure implementation, migration, and validation
Solid software quality assurance experience, including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience
Proven ability to coordinate and influence people across organizational boundaries to complete tasks
Experience working within a matrix-style structure
Expertise with developing test plan, test cases, test scripts and test requirements using testing tools
Experience in financial industry is preferable
Very strong knowledge of LDAP, active directory authentication, authorization, corporate LDAPs, exchange server, automated systems deployment, systems integration and related applications and technologies is required.
Knowledge of business processes for enterprise access management, provisioning, password administration is preferable. |
