Position Title: eCommerce Senior Test Lead for Agile Internet Project/Enhancements team
Job Description: Seeking a professional senior test lead with at least 5+ years experience in the field of testing to become a key member of an agile project and/or enhancement team.
The test lead will partner closely with developers, business systems analysts, backlog owners, and management to plan overall quality into the products created, debug and verify fixes before the releases, provide estimates for project scheduling and backlog planning, execute tests, report test status, automate existing and new suites, and share test processes and implementation knowledge within and outside of the team. This is a hands-on roll that requires the ability to roll up their sleeves and very strong leadership skills. As an agile team member, everyone is expected to contribute.
Required: Must possess and have demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communications skills; excellent facilitation, relationship, and problem solving skills; excellent team work, organizational and collaboration skills. These skills are crucial to the agile software development process, especially in a senior test lead role
