System Administrator who will be able to configure, support, maintain and coordinate with multiple support teams for HP Service Desk, Oracle and Domino or Lotus Notes experience is a plus.
Includes Java, SQL, Unix, shell scripting, CGI, Windows, and Oracle, HP Service Desk and Lotus Notes
Service Experience 5+ years experience with IT technical support services coordinating others while involved with multiple work streams
5+ years of related experience and Knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Business Owners and to team members); Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges
