BACKGROUND IN MOBILE BANKING STRONGLY PREFFERED - Must be very strong BSA - Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Capital One standard formats via print and online mediums. Responsible for using and/or developing industry and Capital One technical writing practices and procedures.
Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas.

• Viewed as an expert in multiple fields or disciplines.
• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
