Consults with representatives from the business units to craft and clarify project scope and business requirements. Assesses impacts of intent initiatives. Discusses alternatives for high-level solutions. Identifies gaps between business needs and proposed solutions. Identifies trade-off value – time to market versus scope. Facilitates business requirements sessions and approvals. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of Business Requirements. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Facilitates the development of high-level effort estimates based on business need. Consultative communication skills are critical. Experience with on-line marketing technologies also required.

- Requirements definition and traceability (7+ years)
- Financial Services experience (3+ years)
- BSA experience
- Served as “lead” BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (5+ years)
- Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures
- Lean/Agile development experience a plus
- Excellent – strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis
- Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals |
