Basic Qualifications
4 year college degree
6 years of Business System Analyst experience
Required

Skilled and proficient in all aspects of Requirements Management
Demonstrated ability in requirements elicitation & accurate capture of business intent
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to influence others
Ability to understand complex processes, yet tailor communications to audience to inform decisions
Demonstrated analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface with customers and create new partnerships with various areas throughout the enterprise
Ability to take ownership of various processes and procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing deadlines
Capable of working effectively with peers and in group settings
Strong collaboration skills across diverse group(s)/organizations
Preferred
Experience working with third party suppliers
Experience with SDM & Standard SDLC Methodologies
Knowledge of the Credit Card Business is a plus
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
Proficient with Erwin
Familiar with Altova XMLSpy, Requisite Pro

Develop Use Case and Supplemental documentation to capture functional and non-functional requirements
Develop Data Transformation documentation to provide high-level design information
Lead and facilitate requirement and joint application design sessions with a diverse audience.
Focus on reuse / scalability of a solution
Identify requirements / process gap analysis in design
