Seeking an experienced BSA to support Corporate Treasury Cash Management system - Quantum. Treasury is a critical part of the Global Finance organization and manages the funding and investment portfolios. Quantum is a newly implemented system that provides robust cash management and wire settlement capabilities to Treasury.
This position requires excellent application support skills, including but not limited to communications, troubleshooting, and end user interaction. In addition to support responsibilities, this position will also require Master-level BSA skills to be able to analyze and resolve critical day to day issues quickly, define solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) for more complex issues, own the integrity for solutions through customer acceptance, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences both in written and verbal formats. This role will include frequent interaction and exposure with Treasury, Accounting, and IT management, users, and vendors. The candidate must be able to work with these groups to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems as well as troubleshoot day to day application support issues.
Required Skills:
5+ years technical Financial Services experience
2+ years experience in a financial system support function
Outstanding application support skills, especially end users interaction, troubleshooting, and communications in a fast paced environment
Master-BSA level skills, demonstrated with proven experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels and functions (IT, Treasury, Accounting); Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Cash Management knowledge or experience will be considered a huge plus (accounting experience will also be considered a plus)
2+ years experience in a Cash Management or Treasury system support function
