Successful candidate will have a strong organizational skills and a technical background with experience in editing and managing multiple technical documents. Will work directly with project team to understand requirements and create documentation detailing program business processes. Must have the ability to interview technical experts and write technical documents that clearly and effectively communicate research findings. Experience with SLAs (service level agreements), ITIL, SharePoint, Peregrine and/or HP OpenView would be a definite plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3 years experience researching and documenting business process documents and enterprise infrastructure systems. Knowledge of document management systems and experience in large enterprise is a plus. Must be intermediate to expert level in MS Word including demonstrated ability to create and manage large volume of technical documents. Be able to create process and procedure guides in MS Word with TOC etc.
ITIL Foundation certification recommended but not required. |
