We are looking for a person with the following experience:
Certified agile coach
Strong project manager experience
Strong process management experience
IT background (or knowledge of data warehousing)
Will be leading team as agile coach, but also must be hands-on project/process manager with very strong communication skills
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
Provides process and technical direction to project managers and others, which may involve acting as a scrum coach. Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies. Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes. Typically possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
Level 3 - Senior:
Viewed as having significant expertise in given field.
Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
Guides the successful completion of major projects and may function in a project leadership role.
Develops technical solutions to complex problems , which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Work is performed without appreciable direction.
Typical Experience Level: 3-4 years
