Minimum/General Experience: At least eight years of increasing responsibility as a task lead on major programs with direct responsibility to customer for Delivery Orders/ Task performance. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated c-pability for dealing with all levels of management personnel, contractor managers and client representatives.
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for a major contract/ program task or for a collection of smaller Delivery/ Task Orders. Responsible for the success of all activities associated with assigned task or Delivery/ Task Orders. Manage personnel, project schedules, production timelines, and funding to ensure all requirements are met. Responsible for personnel actions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, staff development/ training, salary reviews, promotions and reassignments. Prepare required CDRLs, briefing charts, other documentation to support management/ customer reviews. Ensure first level Task Managers have all resources required to perform their job activities. Identify issues/ impacts to Program Manager in a timely fashion and aid in their resolution.
Minimum Education: Masters of Science or Masters of Arts degree plus fifteen years experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus nineteen years experience or a Masters of Business Administration degree plus ten years experience or an AA degree plus twenty-four years experience or a High School diploma plus twenty-nine years experience. Degrees to be in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other technical or business disciplines. |
