Minimum/General Experience: This position requires two or more years of data processing experience.
Functional Responsibility: Participates in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis. Assists Applications Engineer and Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrate and test software components. Conducts analysis of system requirements and develops methods for problem resolution.
Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. With four years of general experience, of which at least two years must be specialized experience, a degree is not required
