Minimum/General Experience: Completed a minimum of 3 courses in Information Engineering & Business Process Reengineering Methodologies such as Activity Based Costing, IDEF Modeling, and Facilitation, and two years’ experience performing analysis projects, or five years experience, of which at least two years must be specialized in the implementation of information engineering projects using IE tools and methods. Two years business/ functional experience is desirable, to support the business modeling.
Functional Responsibility: Applies business process improvement practices to reengineer methodologies/ principles and business process modernization projects. Applies, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques.
Minimum Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- With five years general experience, of which at least three years are specialized, a degree is not required.
